Refund policy

In case the product you received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Friendly Returns policy has got you covered.

You can conveniently initiate the return on our Website/Mobile site. We will ensure you get a resolution as quickly as possible. Our Returns policy may vary slightly depending on the product. Return request is accepted only when the following condition is met:


  1. Any Product that is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', purchased from the Website, can be returned to the Company within two (2) days of delivery of the same to User by placing a "Return request” by choosing either of the following options: User can place “Return request” through registered customers account in www.smillinghouse.com or User can send a Return request to our customer support team on smillinghouseinfo@gmail.com from registered email id with reason for Product Return.

 

We will accept return/ replacement / exchange with 2 days of delivery, 

 

We will do replacement/ exchange/ damaged  products with in 3 working days


Refund-

Once refund is approved,  we will credit the refund amount with in 7 working days

2. The User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.


3. After delivery before unpacking the user should take video recording as an evidence of damage for product for applying for return of the product.


4. In the event if User, on removing the packaging of the Product, finds the Product is damaged and/or defective and/or is different from the Product that was ordered, User shall immediately intimate the Company through either of the above mentioned options about such damage and/or defect and/ or difference and the Company shall arrange for the replacement of the Product or refund of price of the Product along with shipping charges, if any, collected by the Company in the unlikely event of the Company being unable to replace the damaged and/or defective and/or Not as Described Product. For any Refund or Exchange / Replacement of Product the relevant provisions of Refund and Exchange shall apply as given herein.


5.In case of Return / Replacement of order after delivery of the Product to User, the Company will arrange pick up of the Product to be returned. User will assist and cooperate fully to return the Product with its manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, freebies and packing materials or any other thing which were delivered to User along with the product being returned. At the time of pickup the User will be provided with acknowledgement of pick up by the Company Logistical Department. User should retain the said acknowledgment and quote or product the same in all his/her future communications with the Company in this regard.


6. In case any free item delivered to User is found defective then the Company shall arrange the replacement of the Free Item only and the main Product shall not be replaced.


7. In case of any defect arising after 2 days of delivery of the Product or after demo/installation of the Product as the case may be, such defects will be serviced by the respective manufacturer/brand in accordance with respective manufacturer's warranty terms


CANCELLATION

smillinghouse home appliances reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as 'Bulk Order' as determined by smillinghouse as per certain criteria. Any smillinghouse Reward Point or Promo Code used for placing the 'Bulk Order' will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:


Cancellation by the User

In case of requests for order cancellations, smillinghouse reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if smillinghouse receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by smillinghouse, smillinghouse shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within a reasonable period of time. smillinghouse will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. smillinghouse has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by smillinghouse and accept smillinghouse's decision regarding the cancellation.


Cancellation by smillinghouse home appliances

There may be certain orders that smillinghouse is unable to accept and must cancel. smillinghouse reserves the right, at smillinghouse's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, nonavailability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by smillinghouse's credit and fraud avoidance department. smillinghouse may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. smillinghouse will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your credit card account. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or Highrange.1) Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale. 2) Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address. 3) Bulk quantity of the same product ordered. 4) Invalid address given in order details. 5) Any malpractice used to place the order


Charges

The order will be cancelled and the money for all prepaid orders will be refunded to you with RS = 200 deduction within 2-5 business days after the cancellation request.
